- Cancel any time from your account in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are never billed again after that.

- Your account moves to read only. Every session, note, reflection and report stays readable, printable and exportable — you keep your work. Adding new sessions, notes, reflections and reports resumes the moment you subscribe.
- Yes, from your account page in one click. Switching is pro-rated: you are charged or credited the difference for the rest of the current period, then billed on the new cycle. You keep your access throughout. Annual works out about 25% cheaper than paying monthly.
- Any time, in two clicks from your account. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are never billed again after that.
- Yes — there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 30 days of your order at paddle.net or by emailing us, and it goes back to your original payment method. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
- Club is priced per squad, because every club is set up differently. Send us an enquiry with how many coaches and squads you have and we will come back within two working days with a price and an onboarding plan.
- Young players are stored and referred to by first name only, with a last initial added only when two players in a squad share a first name. Age group is never sent to the AI, and nothing you write is used to train anyone's models.
- Cancel and your data stays exactly where it is, readable and exportable. Resubscribe whenever the next season starts, or export everything and delete your account — deletion removes your data and cancels billing straight away.
